Stephenson Harwood advises Anglia Maltings on its sale to Richardson International
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Ragleth Limited, the parent organisation of Anglia Maltings (Holdings) Limited (Anglia Maltings), on its sale to Richardson Malting (UK) Limited, a subsidiary of Richardson International Limited (Richardson).
Headquartered in Norfolk, England, Anglia Maltings is a maltster and grain processor, which supplies the global brewing, distilling and food ingredients sectors.
